Timberbrooke is by NV Homes and features large wooded homesites in Ashburn. From the Beltway, take the Dulles Toll Rd west to exit 9B, right on Rt 28 North and left on Rt 625 (Waxpool Rd). Continue straight (turns into Rt 640, Farmwell Rd) and turn right on Ashburn Rd. Turn left on Timberbrooke, just past the Beaverdam Run bridge.
