These are scenes from pre-development Ashburn. Ashburn Road from the Firehouse south to Beaverdam Run Creek was traditional Ashburn. Other remaining (not for long!) portions of Old Ashburn are Smith's Switch Rd, Ryan Rd, and southern Belmont Ridge Rd.
