Ashbriar is a 50-acre planned community in Ashburn, VA with 77 single-family detached homes and 65 garage townhomes. It is located on the west side of Ashburn Rd, south of Ashburn Farm Pkwy and north of Shellhorn Rd. The Ashbriar community is directly across from Broad Run High School.

The community has two tot lots, a multipurpose court for basketball,etc., and several gazebos located in the center of the townhouse squares. Ashbriar also contains a path encompassing the entire development. It was developed by Waterford Development, Inc.
